De rol:
Als Senior Recruitment Consultant bij TechScout ga je bij een van onze toonaangevende klanten aan de slag als on-site consultant. Jij brengt het volledige recruitmentproces naar een hoger niveau. In deze rol combineer je het beste van recruitment, consultancy én accountmanagement. Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag voer je strategische gesprekken met hiring managers, de andere dag selecteer je de beste professionals of bouw je actief aan een waardevol netwerk in de markt.
Wat ga je doen?
- Je neemt het volledige proces van werving en selectie voor je rekening
- Je voert gesprekken met zowel kandidaten als managers om de echte behoeften scherp te krijgen
- Je bouwt actief aan een talentpool en netwerk binnen de gevraagde expertise
- Je begeleidt kandidaten door het volledige sollicitatieproces van intake tot aanbod
- Je fungeert als dé accountmanager namens TechScout voor jouw klant en adviseert hen over strategie, markttrends en procesoptimalisatie
- Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt vanuit TechScout en bewaakt de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening
- Je helpt de klant groeien door recruitment naar een professioneler, efficiënter en mensgerichter niveau te brengen
Wie ben jij?
Je bent een energieke, resultaatgerichte en sociale professional die gelooft in de kracht van sterke relaties. Jij hebt de drive om te bouwen, te verbeteren en écht impact te maken.
Jij herkent jezelf in het volgende:
- Je hebt een hbo- of wo-achtergrond
- Je hebt minimaal 2–3 jaar ervaring in recruitment én begrijpt de dynamiek van B2B
- Je bent ambitieus, leergierig en laat je niet snel uit het veld slaan
- Je denkt in kansen en weet commerciële signalen direct op waarde te schatten
- Je houdt van tempo, verantwoordelijkheid en vrijheid in je rol
